Last train at Wilton International (Teesside)

I'm currently doing some work at the Wilton site (formerly ICI's plant) and noticed there's still an abandoned and partially severed rail line looping round the site. Does anyone know when it was last used (and what for?)

There are still trains round there to Suez recycling and recovery, Incinerator there burning houshold waste, brought in by train. for one thing. Might not be the area your looking at, take a look on google maps.

It's the one that runs from the north of the site parallel with the eastern boundary road and Mains Dyke and then turns west into the centre of the site (roughly where my wiggly line is:
