How long have you been in the pool. Way it was described to me sounded as if the two courses were filled and you went in pool youd be in the next course

That's how it was described to me also, interviews and assessments were in February, sat in pool since then

I was secretly hoping for the pool in some reasons as long as it meant a definite job
