I noticed this morning upon boarding the 09:53 Leeds - Harrogate LNER Azuma the on board digital displays (above the carriage doors) were actually showing 09:20 rather than 09:55 so around 35 minutes behind
However after the (many) scrolling pieces of information had finished the clock popped up again and was back to showing the correct time!
Does anyone know how they’re synced and why it got stuck, I presume there’s not an AA battery powering each one
