LNER Tickets and Apple Wallet

I've bought etickets from LNER recently, and my iPhone is not recognising them for Apple Wallet. Is there a known issue here?

I have exactly the same issue - upon trying to add it, “Safari cannot download this file”.

I have the LNER app, and am not concerned about validity. I was more worried about my kit, and also the added faff it causes in acclimatising my teenage son to use the things.

I’ve also raised a case on the LNER website

It’s already known and fixed but there’s a window of tickets that’ll never go into a wallett
