Loco convoy at Worcester yesterday

I saw a convoy of 4 DBS locos at Worcester Shrub Hill yesterday afternoon, with 66180 (?), 66077, 66152 and 67019, which is probably the 1st visit of a DBS liveried 66 at least to Worcester. Does anyone know where it was going? I presume it was from Bristol/Plymouth possibly or Westbury??? :|

Had been working engineer trains between Axminster and Westbury at the weekend.
