What does the new restructuring entail, does anyone have any ideas? As mentioned above, there is a restructure taking place soon, so it may not be till after that.

LU are restructuring the way stations are grouped together. It's mainly going to affect CSSs and CSMs, but CSAs will also be affected. I think the finalised groups and rosters are due to be published mid March (?).What does the new restructuring entail, does anyone have any ideas?
Hello,If you’re not currently employed I wouldn’t worry about the re-org - it is minor as far as CSAs are concerned, and as @Mawkie says mainly affects supervisory grades.
However, there is a pause on movements until it is implemented, and this will also include any new starters - you can’t put people into a station role if you don’t know where your vacancies are! Most of the finalised rosters are already out there, but there are still a few loose ends to tie up as part of TU consultation.
Once complete I would expect things to start gearing up again, both in terms of those waiting for start dates and for a new application window. I don’t think it will be as long as some are suggesting (I do have a little bit of insider info here) but I won’t be drawn to a date. As I’ve said many times - these processes take as long as they take, and anyone wanting a long and illustrious career with LUL is best to learn the art of patience as soon as possible.

It’s just a movement of management and supervisor grades. What’s the restructuring about
Not sure on how true this is, but are tfl looking to do 4 day weeks at some point this year?LU are restructuring the way stations are grouped together. I'm too dim to add a pdf of the stations cover groups here but this FOI has the stations cover groups pdf at the bottom of the response.
at the minute, long and short is no. RCO grade *should* be at full quota of 60 after the next batch come through ashfield. That being said, without too much detail, there is currently a couple who are moving on, so there will be vacancies coming up.Hello,
Sorry to jump in on the CSA thread, but I was wondering if you might know whether this also affects new RCO starters?
I received a conditional offer for the RCO role back in August, and in January, I was told I’m on the waitlist with no start dates currently available. Just wondering if there’s any hope of getting a start date after the re-org is completed?
Apologies again for intruding, thanks
Hear hearIf it helps I waited for about 8 months until I actually started. I do want to echo what others have already said about the moves that are happening across the underground. So the wait may be a little longer for those still waiting.
Believe when I say that it is most certainly worth the wait. Where I am based, you deal with different scenarios everyday and due to that reason I have fallen in love with the job. I say this now, it may change later ahaha, but it is most definitely worth the wait and the company you will be joining is like no other.
I’m 7 months in so this is actually a bit reassuring! If it helps I waited for about 8 months until I actually started. I do want to echo what others have already said about the moves that are happening across the underground. So the wait may be a little longer for those still waiting.

Does anyone know if training is for 3 weeks or 4?
Congratulations, I'm September 4 so I'm still far from getting my dates - probably be waiting until July/August by the looks of it unless there was a drop off of candidates around the time I had my assessments (hopefully the bulk of applicants were the June/July offers)I’m July 9 offer and I have just gotten a call for start dates for April 28, May 12 and May 26. I spoke to them last week, I’m June offer CSA1 night and been told its very unlikely i will get offer for May, most likely its going to be late summer.I wonder if there are any night placements in the April may training dates
