This might be a daft request but I'm wondering if there's a website or anything where there is old GMPTE/TFGM timetables from like 10 or 20 years ago? As I have found a few on google but there's a few I'm looking for but can't seem to find them anywhere can anyone help?

A couple of people on the forum manage timetableworld.com

I haven't had a proper look round yet, but you may find what you need.

Other than a website, if it's printed timetables you're after you could try the Manchester Museum of Transport. They have an excellent archive section which I do know have timetables for virtually every route that has operated in/around Greater Manchester and beyond in the past.

If you contact them first and tell them what you're actually after I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

Yeah that's right I'm looking for printed timetables. I'll definitely reach out to them as I did look at their website but couldn't figure out how to find timetables. I didn't realise about contacting them in regards to that - thanks for the suggestion.

There is a thriving market in old bus timetables on Ebay. Look under collectables-transportation collectables-bus & coach. You may find what you're looking for there.

The Museum of Transport mentioned above has an online shop and they sell GMPTE material, including timetables, from time to time: www.motgmshop.uk.

Timetables etc are in the ‘collectables’ section.

Glad to hear that you found what you were looking for. Just for the record, could you tell us where you found your answers?

The bus archive at Walsall https://www.busarchive.org.uk/ contains an extensive collection of timetables for all uk operators, including GMTE. In many cases we have an almost complete collection from the 1920s to the present day.

Through the Museum of Transport Manchester

Some are available on the Web Archive. Here is a list of ones which are available and some of these date back to 2003.

Also some here between 2011 and 2012 (then big gaps to current)
Thanks for the links I'll take a look at them :D
