Lost West Yorkshire Metrocard - But still have Photocard

I don't know quite how but this evening I've just got home and found I've lost my annual West Yorkshire Metrocard along the way home somewhere.

However, I've only lost the actual Metrocard paper ticket rather than both the Metrocard and the Photocard.

Will the Leeds rail station ticket office be able to issue a replacement by showing my Photocard? I get it through my workplace so it should be all registered on the system.

Eventually, if this is the first time in the last 12 months you have lost a season ticket. You should I would suggest reporting the loss to the co-ordinator of your employer's scheme Travel Centre, not the ticket office. Meanwhile, keep the tickets you buy in the absence of the annual season. You should be able to get the cost refunded.

Thanks, I'll ask at work tomorrow and keep my tickets then in the meantime (Luckily it is July so I can use my railcard!)
