Well, those which are the indirect fault of train companies - e.g. having short turnaround times, not having sufficient standby staff, not having enough rolling stock, not taking sufficient measures to protect the lineside from falling vegetation (leaves, trees etc.) and so on.Such as?
In other words, where it's more a case of inaction leading to delays/cancellations rather than positive action.
