Got one of the sleeper coaches from Cardiff to London back in 2014.
Yes, the diagrams were pretty intensive. Initially, at the southern end the coaches did something like
Scotland - London - Cardiff - London - Cardiff - Scotland
Scotland - Cardiff - London - Cardiff - London - Scotland
Scotland - London - Plymouth - London - Scotland
and they did internal trips in Scotland as well.
The coaches weren't up to such intensive use so it is a surprise to some extent that they have made it this far although lighter schedules since 2015 (when the additional southern end daytime runs finished) and then 2017 (when the sleeper service finished) will have helped.

No doubt the leather seats look pretty tarnished now - it really doesn't age well.
