I see that 59002 and 59103 have been placed into the DHLT pool. 59002 has been stored at Leeds Midland Road since March awaiting materials. 59103 was active during September, but now appears to be stored at Merehead. On the other hand, 59001 remains in the DFHG pool. Does that mean it is about to return to operational use?

While I'm not sure about whether or not 59002 is visible, the 4 59/1s' Hanson branding is now obsolete, as Hanson has been rebranded as Heidelberg Materials UK (in line with its parent company, Heidelberg); this happened about 4-5 weeks ago. A possible reason for 59103's storage?

I’ve heard it all now. A Freightliner loco being stored because it has the wrong logo on it.

This train didn’t pass Canonbury though? It went ECML and then Camden?
I may have mistaken which station I recall seeing it at, but it definitely passed me in the opposite direction on the NLL somewhere between Willesden and Stratford.

59 102, still in its Hanson livery, headed 11th Dec's Merehead (Tarmac) to Crawley (Yeoman) aggregates service.

Ditto Aggregate Industries garb:
001 headed 13th Dec's Merehead to Crawley working.
005 on a Merehead to Chichester trip, a few weeks ago.

Hanson 59/1s are still turning up on the West Coastway's paths - Merehead to Chichester and Merehead to Crawley.
Here's 103 on 24th Jan, with the Crawley service, passing 201 unloading the Chichester service.

101, in Heidelberg Materials bright green livery, led Friday's Merehead-Crawley working.

When you Google Maps that location there's a long white train passing a unit!

102 with today's Chichester to Merehead empties: reverses onto the West Coastway's main line; then makes a smokey departure westwards.
The loco is booked into Eastleigh Arlington on 5th March, for a repaint.

(11th April) The loco's travelworn Hanson garb has now been replaced with Freightliner's orange, black and white livery.
