This really is so childish. The reason for the guards's PNB has already been adequately explained. I'm sorry for Captain Speaking - if you're an airline pilot no doubt you are treated like dirt by an unthankful industry which is heavily unionised and under major threat from a number of sources. It must be galling to know that a new First Officer at a turboprop outfit, having spent upwards of £65k on attaining a license, earns around half that of an experienced train driver.

I'm sorry for you. You come across as very bitter.
