I went down to my local station to pick up some tickets for travel tomorrow, and asked for a copy of the National Rail Conditions of Travel booklet.
There was not one copy available at the station for me or any of the staff to see. Apart from on line. One of the staff did phone to the next station to see if they had any, the answer was no.
Is it a requirement for them to be available at all staffed stations?
