I've applied for a role with Network Rail for which, on reflection, I think I should have submitted a covering letter. The closing date hasn't passed yet.

Is there a way to add it retrospectively?

OR

If I withdraw my application can I apply again for the same job reference number (and include it on the new application) ?

you can just upload it to the document section there’s a drop down if I recall to type of document. I changed my CV last application, just deleted the current one and uploaded a new one.

Unless it’s changed, you should be able to log in to your portal thingy and add files?

Okay so my question now is, if I add a document will it show for all applications, or will it only be available to new applications? I have found the button to upload a file but it only seems to be on my profile rather than the application I wanted to add the document to.

yes it’s in your profile and is used for all applications, saves you having to change them every time you apply
