Yesterday I travelled between Barry Docks/Docïau Barri to Cardiff Central/Caerdydd Canolog on a Northern 150.

Any idea why this is in South Wales?

The PA had the Transport for Wales lady doing the announcements with the curt "thank you" at the end of the messages.

Its been discussed in other threads, but 2 Northern 150s are on loan to TfW to cover for the lack of 230s and the 2 seriously damaged 150s in the Craven Arms crash.

Discussed here https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/northern-class-150s-to-deputise-for-tfw-class-230s.231819/

As mentioned above, this is already being discussed elsewhere.
