Do Carlisle not do Dumfries as well?
Also I know it was all Workington historically; but there's a 5:40 from Carlisle; is that Workington crew taxi-ing or do Carlisle now go that way?

As far as I'm aware, Carlisle still sign Dumfries on behalf of Scotrail.

I'm pretty sure that all Cumbrian Coast work is done by Barrow and Workington.
