Not heard from Avanti since August about refund

I applied for a full ticket refund for the train strike in August but have not heard back from them. I tried phoning them can't get to speak to a human. Do I have any other options to chase them?

Not sure whether their Twitter team can access cases and action refunds like, say, LNER can; but that might be worth a go.

They're usually very responsive on FB so that might be worth trying too.

Online via the strike refund form. I heard back from the Twitter team and they are chasing it up
