I would very much doubt they are publically available if you are looking at signaling scheme sign off. You would need to find a friendly signaling engineer.

More from the traction side. I know I can break this down from the Sectional appendix but I was looking specific information. I was hoping they may be stored online.

Cheers

Although; signalling schemes would be amazing too

Agreed. Assuming you are referring to the outputs from NRAP regarding a signalling design that has been submitted, that would be info to support the project and the design. It's not public info at all.
You mention internally - I don't think there's any central respoitory even if you have NR access etc - it's direct comms betweeen the panel and the project, with acceptances and/or things that need work etc...

If you could let us know what information you're looking for specifically we may be able to point you towards other sources?

From an NRAP (Summary of compatibility for rolling stock)

Network Rail Assurance Panel (NRAP) makes the following Summary of Compatibility (SoC), related to the compatibility of Class XXX vehicles with the Network Rail managed infrastructure installed on the routes defined in Clause 3.1, subject to the conditions detailed herein. This summary is issued on the basis of Network Rail’s assessment of the documentation listed in Part 8

Hope that clarifies further

There is a digitised version of the PDF Sectional Appendices available, so with a bit of Excel you could get the parts you want (although if it's not in the published appendices you'll need somebody on the Gauge Clearance team to send you the SOC). https://github.com/anisotropi4/nesa but bear in mind it's of ropey accuracy in parts.

The SA sucks at the best of times :)

But yeah, I was looking for the NRAPs because they contain a little extra stuff and are an easy reference point.

Actually ignore me, I was thinking of MSRP (major scheme review panel) in terms of signaling. NRAP is normally traction.
