As suggested in the linked conversation, these maps are not perfect. I did a standard test using well known lines from my 'home' areas of Europe and found lots of errors and inconsistencies.
One example is Le Mont Dore in France, now closed to traffic
On the other hand, I wrote them to propose my cooperation for the belgian network, which needs a lot of ironing out, and lacks all the signalling part, and they even didn't bother answering...
