There are:
1xxx=Express pasenger services
2xxx=Local(stopper) passenger services
3xxx=Empty Coaching Stock
5xxx=Priority e.c.s services(such as railtours)
9xxx=Eurostar(was used by CrossCountry for Scotland/South West services, but these carry 1xxx headcodes now)
Hope that helped

I am TOC employee but dont know that password!
To be frank, the username/password combos on that site don't exactly need a genius to figure out!
Afew example LTV Headcodes for service directions:3 is Parcels and priority ECS
5 is ECS
I doubt Railtours are given class 3 headcodes. The letter indication carried on passenger trains is used in the same manner for freight to indentify the destination area with the inter-regional codes being the same (S for Scottish region etc)
How do we find out headcodes for freight workings?
