Przemysl to Warsaw via Lancut 23/05/25.

Just booked a single ticket for this journey , it has cost me a whole £14.30 to go first class.

I know there is a quicker route via Krakow, but as it isnt time critical for me to get to Warsaw I have decided to take the slower trains.

Regulated fares on PKP Intercity have not been increased in the last 10 years. They tried to put the prices up in 2023 by ~11% but there was severe backlash and it was rolled back.
