I'm unsure of the level of secrecy considering they might have shown the address on the show in about 2 shots. Could just be a decoy however.
There is no secrecy any more than the big deal about the heathrow piccadilly escape tunnels in a previous episode which are clearly shown on open street map

Amusingly 10 seconds of Mr Google shows that it was opened by Prince Andrew in 2009
another 10 seconds of googling
gives this FOI
Which has in it
London Underground Control Centre, Staff Taxis, Palestra, 197 Blackfriars Road,
London SE1 8NJ.
If it was really such a big secret it would be redacted

Last nights episode, can anyone confirm who the narrator was on the archive footage concerning the construction and opening of the DLR? Sounded like it could have been John Lovall (or Lovell, I was never sure of the spelling). Those interested in the technicalities of tv and radio broadcasting may remember him from the “IBA engineering announcements” bulletin which featured tech news and transmitter information and was shown on ITV/C4 in the morning before programmes began back in the seventies and eighties.
