Assuming that High Dyke's offer of Glossop is the right one as it was posted earlier, I'm going to move on with this.

The station buildings at Glossop were designed by the partnership of John Grey Weightman and Matthew Ellison Hadfield. They were also responsible for the station buildings at North Thoresby in 1848.
According to the rules North Thoresby is no longer valid.
Note that you should only reply with a station on the main BR network (e.g. not Underground or Preserved Railway) that is still open.
Sorry.

Ah, sorry ... I saw that it had been closed, but also that it had re-opened. What I didn't appreciate is that the reopening is by the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway which, as you say, makes it ineligible.

Let's try this one, then: Together with nearby Derbyshire stations at Hadfield and Dinting, Glossop is considered to be part of the Greater Manchester rail network as it lies only a short distance over the county boundary and the line goes no further into Derbyshire.

In 2018, Transport Scotland and Scotrail plan to improve services as part of a major timetable re-cast across Scotland. This will see a regular local stopping service to Broughty Ferry, Monifieith, Carnoustie & Arbroath be reintroduced, almost 30 years after its predecessor was withdrawn by British Rail.
