There are 3 steam excursions due in York on Saturday 18/11/2023
2 from Kings Cross
34046 on 1Z31 /1Z33
44871 on 1Z44/1Z45
1 from Carlisle
46115 on 1Z68/1Z69
Plus associated ECS & light engine moves.

There is also an ECS move from Carnforth to Holgate sidings 5Z35
with a light engine move via Thrall Europa (presumably for the turntable)
to the National Railway Museum 5Z36.
However I can find no details what 5Z35/5Z36 is can anybody advise
what this move is ?

Sorry can't be specific, but it's a regular path and last time I saw it it was the Northern Belle set. There's further move on Sunday, but no obvious special train to associate with them (as yet).

There's also the Midland Pullman HST set as well, if that's your thing, so it's going to be a busy day at York on Saturday!
