Strange RTT working.

I found a rather strange working on RTT which claims there is an EMU service from Liverpool James Street to Wigan via Chester, which is not possible as the line is not electrified beyond Chester. Would anyone be able to shed some light on what this may be?

Chances are it was timed with what running times were available. What the open data sites cannot show is a "change en route" where the timing load changes at a point in the schedule. It wouldn't have been timed as electric after Chester.
