Not my video, obviously, and also my first attempt at a YouTube link, so I hope I've got it right.

A fascinating (to me) short piece of film, from a railway and cultural perspective, following the sole member of station staff at this gas-lit outpost. Times have certainly changed, for better and worse.

I liked the simple statement that, if he left, the station would have to close down, as no-one else would take the job. :lol:

It's Sudbury & Harrow Road, by the way, so the the title of the thread is a station out. All the same, a fascinating little bit of film.
