Network Rail have announced restoration of the Canopy at Huddersfield station, describing it as one of the few examples on the operational railway today.
The 1837 roof at Euston is recognised as the world's first Iron Truss roof, but I have been unable to discover any others. The headline on the Network Rail describes Hudersfield's roof as 'unique', but then in the text beneath, condradicts this by saying it is 'one of the few remaining'.
Any suggestions for the 'few remaining'?
