SWR Pay

Hi all,

Very interested in applying for the qualified train driver position at Woking depot. In the advert it says salary is £52k with 'regional allowances and attendance bonuses' on top. Anyone who currently works for SWR able to shed some light on how much these are and what I realistically would earn? Obviously not taking into account individual tax and NI but just wondering how much these extras are.

Further RMT strike action on SWR [latest action suspended]

What's the detail of the agreement with ASLEF around DCO? Previous DCO agreements said a guard had to be rostered for every service but if one wasnt available the service would still run. As I understand it a guard has to be present, which would appear consistent with the penultimate bullet...
