Been following threads on here and keeping a close eye as I applied for a Trainee Role with TfW back in March. Long story short I’ve had the email earlier this week to confirm I’ve made it to the talent pool!
I understand talent pools can mean a long wait, but TfW are on a big recruitment drive so hoping it may be a bit quicker than what seems to be the norm.
Ive kept my current job fully aware of the process, but was just wondering how much noticedo you usually get to start a course?
I understand there’s a medical required but do they give you plenty of notice beforehand?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
