Hi Everybody
I've been a long time lurker on this forum as I have been looking to get into the rail business and 'join the family' as it were. Unfortuantely vacancies are few and far between and I can only go for the Underground or Overground due to location.
The good news is that I have a assessment centre position this week for Tfl, but i was wondering if some kind soul who has already been through it (There was a HUGE drive last year and I am at the back-end/revival of that) could give me some guidance.
I know the role play will be tough and takes out a lot of people (I was one of them a few years ago
) so I'm quite nervous about this. However I am dreading the interview part, if i get through, as there are such a variety of topics they could ask about. I do have a number of examples at the ready but was wondering if any one could provide some guidance on what topics to specifically prepare around.
This has turned into quite an essay so sorry for that and thank you in advance for any guidance provided
