Add this one to the tally where TfL chose not to prosecute. A warning for using someone else's ZIP Oyster over an extended period of time. Wow.

Thanks for letting us know the outcome of your case. As others have said it is unusual not to be prosecuted.

For the benefit of anyone else reading this thread in future it should not be assumed that misuse of a Zip Oyster card will result in a formal warning. There are several factors TfL take into account when deciding whether or not to prosecute and these factors might not apply in other cases.
