Hi, if you go to the OPC website, they do the type of industry tests for TOCs. You can try the practice tests they have.

Essentially the SCAAT is a repetitive test that has you crossing out a set shape(s) /letter(s) from a block, going from left to right. The first test is a one shape, the second is two shapes and the third is one set shape and one changing shape at the start of each line.

I downloaded the Bourdon utility and practised practised practised like crazy for a year.

So got to do the miniSCAAT for GTR and failed, fcuk knows why. Got to do the Dots on paper and was "Fast and Accurate".

What do we conclude: the miniSCAAT done at home on your laptop might have pitfalls.

I can offer you no further information on GTR as I got no further than the miniSCAAT with them, other than to say that it seems that they are trying to catch you out: answer all questions slowly and very carefully, if you have difficulty reading then "oh boy" good luck

I failed the mini-SCAAT for GTR. I had been practising like crazy using that tool and my scores were pretty good so I was surprised.

Took my assessments for another TOC not long after and passed!

Wouldn't surprise me if they did have technical problems with their mini-SCAAT!
