Not wanting to be stuck with the route of the railway/21/21A, we wait a while, but still within the rules, and walk 7 minutes east to the previous bus stop, "Muddlebridge", where we board service 5B at 0914. We alight at North Tawton, Clock Tower at 1043 on Friday.

With nothing until 1216, so being able to depart up to 1416, we note that there is a focus on main flows to the big rural towns here. Looking for something different we stumble upon Taw & Torridge service 386, departing at 1335. We alight at Petrockstowe (Chapel Close) at 1400 on Friday.

Just looking at this area after I posted the above, I think I be about to inadvertently cause a travelling hiatus...

Unfortunately with only one bus a week and no other services anywhere near we are stuck until the following Friday when we take the 09.45 Taw & Torridge service 386 to Barnstaple Bus Station arriving at 10.46.

That must be the record for being marooned in one place.

I did think I might have created a bit of a problem!!!

We depart stand K at 1125 on Stagecoach South West service 85, alighting at its terminus of Tavistock Bus Station at 1351 on Friday

I didn't receive a notification oddly! Hence the silence from me most of the day. Glad I missed out on the maroon-ness!

Looks as if this stop is also served rather infrequently by the Go Cornwall routes, so we take the three minute walk to Wearde Road and board the 1534 Stagecoach South West service 2 to Plymstock (Green Park Road/Staddon Park Road), arriving there at 1638 on Friday.

We are a bit limited in the near vicinity here, so we walk (12 mins / 0.5 mile) to the Church Road stop where we board the brand-spanking-new extension of Stagecoach South West service 4 at 1731. We alight at Chaddlewood District Centre at 1752 on Friday.

A bit like me and Liverpool (when I don't avoid playing there, that is!!)...

We are about 100 yards from where I lived for 3 years...

A typical commuter-belt part of north-west England
That's a weekday only service I'm afraid. Next service towards Weston-super-Mare is the following service 20 at 1640.
Rather annoying, as these days I am normally so careful to ensure the correct day is shown in the timetable information facility that I use.

To tidy up the thread, I have struck-through that posting in question.

Not to worry! It's easily done. I've done it many a time.

In the event that you'd like to make a new posting, as you do not have to sacrifice your right to post just because of a mistake, the 1640 service 20 stops at Ellenborough Park North, which is a short walk from Beech Road?
