68024 worked it's way back to DRS Crewe Gresty Bridge last Friday from Laira

It was at Gresty Bridge on Saturday morning as I saw it (I needed it)

Not been since to say it's still there though

Apparently 68024 is still at Gresty, well that was around sunset today.

Missed the 43 by a matter of seconds as I was held outside New Street for 5 minutes, then the wires went down at Smethwick mid-morning which put everything up the swanny. Units all over the place, delays, cancellations, the works. I did get a couple of the 350s and a few of the 170s, but I bailed and went to Nuneaton to grab some freight instead in the end. Very frustrating, but my heartfelt thanks for the gen nonetheless!

Shame about the wires but no problem for the Gen, will always try and help out if I'm logged on.

Would anyone be able to let me know what was hauling West Coast Railway's 5V42 11:23 Carnforth - Southall today? It just went flying past my Pendolino heading in the opposite direction in the Rugeley area and I'm curious.
