002 is on the Penistone line
From Huddersfield - 12:13; 15:13; 18:13

Almost certain the DRS 37 was 37605. Went down to Willesden early hours of Friday and then left Willesden today on 11:20 5Z58 Willesden Brent DRS to Norwich Crown Point - so would've been there when you went past. No other DRS 37s I can see in the area.

If the 56 was a green DCR one, I'm pretty sure it would've been 56312. If not, what livery was it...?


Can't help with the Freightliner 66 I'm afraid, far too common...

thanks very much for that yeah i think it would of been 56312 seems to always e there couldnt see the livery as it was blocked by wagons recognised it was a 56 by its roof though

Hi, I was on 2H94, the 16:46 from Leeds to Morecambe this evening. As we were leaving Hellifield at about 17:40, two DRS locos and some carriages went past in the other direction. Can anyone tell me which locos they were? Thanks.

Should have been 68025 and 88002 on 1Z40 16:45 Appleby to Didcot Parkway.

There's a couple of recent photos of the DCR 56s at Wembley Yard on Flickr (courtesy of NIGHTSHIFTWORKER) if it helps give an idea of positioning:

56303 was showing as going to Derby yesterday (19th) pm and working from there to Wolsingham today, whereas 56312 was still showing as being in Wembley Yard (the only DCR 56 there).

I may be wrong, but I don't think the Colas 56s frequent there much, so 56312 the best bet.

Was reading through an STV article of neds being abusive on this service. Thanks again
