Hello there
I've never been on a railtour but am considering it in the not too distant future.
Would someone be so kind as to tell me what the general form of these tours is? I'd probably be going on my own - will that make me look odd?
Do people speak to one another?
Is everyone in their late 70s (no offence intended) or are there people of all ages?
Will I be left to sit alone and unwanted like that last, slightly naff looking, sausage roll at a dreadful family birthday do?
Do people opt for standard or first class?
Above all, will I enjoy myself?
Thanks
