As has been posted 500 times, trains are allocated to diagrams overnight so they wont be on the system before that, most trains will follow the booked diagrams (for example day 1 diagram 21, day 2 diagram 22 etc etc) but they can be swapped out for many reasons.

Just a set swap by the look of it. No doubt there is a reason behind it, perhaps to get 112 onto a diagram that starts in Preston tomorrow. Who knows.
