Manchester Mayfield and Weston SM Locking Road come to mind. Melcombe Regis at Weymouth (really the Portland branch station) received a few summer Saturday trains in the late 50s but that's stretching a point.
I suppose there were the Windsor Station at Waterloo, Kings Cross Suburban and York Road, and Paddington Suburban.
Can't think of others with distinctive names though, just Excursion Platforms.

Is that recent? Pre TGV, Bercy was very little used, and it's still a long, though signposted, trek from Lyon...

München Hbf is the classic with two "Flügelbahnhöfe" (Starnberger and Holzkirchner) - not sure there's that many others in mainland Europe.
Like Paris Vaugirard which is an annexe of Montparnasse

Surely they're separate stations, being more than half a mile away from each other.
Are you thinking of Wrexham Central?

That's about half a mile from Wrexham General, to which Wrexham Exchange was adjacent, being at the start of the curve around to Wrexham Central (originally the GCR Shotton to Wrexham line).

Platforms 1 and 2 at East Croydon were originally named New Croydon. They were built by the LBSC for their sole use (the rest of the station was joint with SER). This enabled LBSC to offer cheaper fares to London, as well as handling the much underused trains to Central Croydon.

Bristol St Philip's railway station was built by the Midland Railway to relieve pressure on the main station at Bristol Temple Meads. It closed to passengers in 1953.

Don't know if it's already been mentioned but how about Hammersmith and Hammersmith Grove Road?

Does Wrexham General/Wrexham Exchange count?

Of course. My mistake. Thanks for clarifying.

Southport London Street was the excursion platform at Southport Chapel Street, passengers had to exit through the ticket barrier at Chapel Street station, exit the station onto London Street and then pass through the ticket barrier on London Street to access the trains, whereas staff just walked round from one platform to another.

What about Dublin Heuston? The main trainshed is all under one roof but the Phœnix Park platforms are miles away
There is only one platform on the Phoenix Park line, platform 10, and it is not in regular use. (Platforms 1-8 are in the main station and there is no platform 9).

In Nottingham, London Road High Level was a separate station that was built along side the original London Road station and took most of its services.

It was however considerably separated, being on the opposite side of the river with no easy route between them. It would probably take half an hour to walk from one to the other. Not really an annexe, more a separate station in a different part of the city.
