To celebrate yesterday's opening of The London and NorthWestern at Birmingham New Street (I was there for a pint to celebrate!), which stations have a Wetherspoons pub?
The Duke of York is not a Wetherspoon's pub. There's one at York station ('The Duke of York '), and one in spitting distance of Grimsby Town ('The Yarborough Hotel)
Do you mean 'in' the station? Clapham Junction has the London and South Western across the road.
Apologies, it did come up some months ago when I did a search on a certain online search engine. I shall delete it from my post, to avoid any confusion. The Duke of York is not a Wetherspoon's pub.
I think they’ve been mentioned mate.Liverpool Lime Street has one, as does Leeds.
I seem to recall from my student days that Aberystwyth has one on the station, complete with platform terrace.
A slight twist on the question. I have been to the Aberystwyth one, great place to wait for a train and typically good Spoons prices. However the one at London Victoria despite being Wetherspoons seems to be normal London pub prices and expensive. Other Wetherspoons in London away from the stations do seem to be cheaper. So my question is, do the Wetherspoons at stations have typical Wetherspoons prices ??

As of November 2022 and out of 844.
Had a recent refurbishment as well but cannot tell the difference.I don't go in Wetherspoons but there is one at Leeds station.
There was one at Glasgow Queen Street but i think it may have closed down.

That cheap Spoons list is interesting, my closest 2 have identical prices (visited both this week already), but are over 100 places apart on the list. I wonder if there are a limited number of set tiers, so multiple Spoons with identical prices?
