I believe the very kind people who have access to the TOPS system/TRUST etc, all kindly do it in their own time, and may be busy with other things. Also, I am almost certain that the various systems cannot be accessed from home.

I’ve no problem with that at all, I’ve also no problem with someone only checking a few and saying they don’t have time to do the rest.

I however don’t see the issue with asking for a few more than 5. Occasionally someone out there in the field will see a working that you are seeking and reply here without TOPS, I’ve done it myself in the past. Also, there may be more than one person checking who could cover a list.

My theory is if you don’t ask you don’t get.

Maybe we could pass this discussion out to those that provide the gen- or the moderators, maybe on a more appropriate thread.

Yes, the Hitachi Factory. Although it didn’t show on TOPS it actually worked 5q60 0821 to Darlington yesterday and back to the factory with a unit. Then showing on RTT it worked light back to Darlington before heading north to Tyne Yard. It then worked 0s40 to Millerhill where it is now!
