Well, I got this reply yesterday
Good afternoon,

Thank you for your emails, and your cooperation. I have thoroughly reviewed our system and can confirm that the report has not yet been received to this office. As such, I will be unable to confirm any details at this time.

I appreciate that this may be frustrating, however I would advise that you contact us again in a few weeks in order for us to review again.

Once again, I appreciate your patience with us whilst we try to resolve this issue for you.

Yours sincerely

What should this mean... The person who took down my details said it will take 2 weeks for them to report me, but it's more than that now. Do you think they missed my name as they have to enter the names manually.
It means that there's nothing you can do just now. Make a note in your calendar for perhaps a month's time (end of February/start of March) and if the railway hasn't been in touch when that comes round, at that point think about what to do next.

They may have decided not to progress with things because you are a minor. But we can’t be sure. Don’t do, or say, anything.

It could be that the person who stopped you hasn't yet had an admin day to submit their reports

It is 6 months to lay papers before a court I.e. start legal proceedings against you.

That's for prosecuting you in the criminal courts, and is normally a complete answer. But it might be worth mentioning that we are currently seeing a case (just the one) from a different railway company where even after more than six months the railway are threatening to go to the civil courts to get their money and costs back.

So even after six months, you can't afford to ignore any official looking letters!

Civil courts are being used a lot more these days for recovery of fares but TOC's

In post #31, I said

That's still what I think. Give it another week before thinking about worrying.

There are various other bits in your draft which could be improved as well, but I'm not sure what this is meant to mean. So please can you reword it so it's a bit clearer? Then we might be able to help.

I would not send this draft myself - too informally worded
But firstly -
When you wrote to them about a month ago, and you say you got a reply regarding it - can you post a copy of that reply here (with any name and address details removed)
