As it sounds - which is the quickest way to go from Victoria to Marylebone by tube, & how long would that take? Thanks in advance :)

Depends what you are trying to make. Actual travel time via Oxford Circus can be as little as 8 minutes, but if you mean arrive Victoria NR to depart Marylebone NR you'd be incredibly lucky even if you knew the way.

Don't care which line - just the quickest. Is 24 minutes enough to make it?

Well, according to the TfL Journey Planner at which I pointed you in post #2, if you do the journey nowish, it's 8 minutes by tube.

Stick the time and date in for when you intend to travel and see what it says.

EDIT: I was busy composing this as 30907 posted above. Yes, of course, you have to allow for any transfer from/to the national rail stations if you are making a connection.

The number 2 bus takes about 15 mins (a bit longer if there is heavy traffic on Park Lane)
Also the 82 passes the end of the road at Marylebone so there are 2 buses to choose from at Victoria - both go the same way via Park Lane.
