Virgin have became the first former franchisee not to immediately redirect their website to their replacement, but it looks like they're already setting up for their new booking system.
Currently their booking link redirects to LNER, but it certainly makes clear that Virgin aren't leaving rail anytime soon - and something that will most likely confuse many infrequent travellers especially in the weeks after the franchise change.
