450s are normally booked for the 0650 and 0720 off Waterloo, which then repeat every three and a half hours - so then do 1020 and 1050 etc. Off Reading it is 0842 and 0912 and repeat on the same cycle as above.

Thank you for this. Do you know how the 450 cycle works for Sunday?

0909/1109 from Waterloo, then 1239/1439 etc.
0924/1054 from Reading, then 1254/1424 etc.
Sundays the sequence is 450-458-458-458-450-458-458.

Bear in mind that when there are events at Twickenham or Ascot (e.g. tomorrow there is egg chasing at Twickenham) the service is often amended to be all 10-458 to maximise capacity.

Have the Waterloo --> Reading diagrams changed since the May timetable change or are they still the same?

Weekday departures from Waterloo in May 2019 working notices are
0650, 0950/1020, 1320/1350/1420, 1705/1720, 1935.
No repeating sequence as far as I can see.
On Saturday a single 450 leaves Waterloo 0650 then every 3hr 30m.
Sunday working notices now show this:
Down 450 services are 1009/1109 - 1339/1439 etc. off Waterloo.
Sequence is 450-458-450-458-458-458-458.
The pair of units start with short workings to Reading from Staines leaving at 0715/0815.
Up services leave Reading at 0824/0924 then every 3hr 30m...

Sorry to bother you again, but could you please let know the 450 up services from Reading (Mon-Fri)? This is because the weekday 450s are more complicated to work out due to the extra peak services. Thanks very much

Ok, here goes:
0553, 0812/0842, 1142/1212, 1512/1542/1612, 1842.
Short working 1852 to Staines.

None of this or the previous post includes any current short term changes though.

Slightly unrelated but I saw a 455s on these services last week. Is that common?
0650 Waterloo-Reading and diagram is currently a pair of 455s in place of 450s due to SWR's chronic inability to complete any project on time (in this case bringing the 442s back, so 450s are being nicked from elsewhere to cover).

No. The pair of 442s currently in service runs two extra services a day, with no impact on availability and allocation on other services.

Thanks. Very useful. I was thinking that the 455 diagram would revert to 450 with the introduction of eight 442s, but not as yet.

There were 450s operating last Saturday and Sunday, but I assume that still counted as the old timetable.

Is the M-F 19:35 Waterloo to Reading no longer a 5 car 707?
