Watford Junction North

People may remember that when the junctions north and south of Watford Jn on the WCML were being renewed, the one to the north was removed but never reinstated. Having travelled the line today on the up slow, I see that some (but not all) of the points have been reinstated.

Does anybody know of the plan to complete the re-installation and commissioning of the Junction?

Easter and early May bank holiday 2022. The up fast to down fast crossover might go in too.
