Yes it is. 8 minutes late on its first run so far106 is tracking back on Mickleover
Yes, it has entered service106 is tracking back on Mickleover
Maybe sometime in January? They might want to do a launch event before for the 'new' buses for the keyworth and X38 hit the road like they did with the E200's buses over the summer.Yes it is. 8 minutes late on its first run so far
Does anyone know when the keyworths MMC's may start like any month due?
Well, the picture I have seen of 106 shows bright pink headrests. Trouble is, I've not noticed whether the new ones do too.Has it (along with 105) had an internal refurn?
Here's a photo of the interior of the new Mickleovers (Not sure which one)Well, the picture I have seen of 106 shows bright pink headrests. Trouble is, I've not noticed whether the new ones do too.
Excuse me? What have I done?I doubt Brandon has caused them all (front corners)
It may release 704 or 740 back to Langley Mill as they were both here as Engineering Support Unit (ESU) spares whilst 314 and 836 are off the road, but then 703 has reappeared, so I'm not sure.Interesting they have "every 10 minutes" branding. They could enter service, one to cover 314 and the other as a dedicated spare, releasing spares to cover other routes in need
Yeah 106 has the pink headrests in stillWell, the picture I have seen of 106 shows bright pink headrests. Trouble is, I've not noticed whether the new ones do too.
Everyone I speak to, mentions you.Excuse me? What have I done?

That is strange... It was being worked on, in A garage when I saw it about 13.45. And it isn't tracking105 has also entered service today.
I'm flattered, but I don't really have a reputation for breaking things... So I don't know why I'd be mentioned regarding 735's lack of matching panels!Everyone I speak to, mentions you.
Is that a Viilager yellow back panel? You see so many different colours on Mango livery, yet the odd one still stands out.I'm flattered, but I don't really have a reputation for breaking things... So I don't know why I'd be mentioned regarding 735's lack of matching panels!
It's highly likely they were painted up for the one of the villagers (or taken off 705) and were not used/leftover at A Garage. Is that a Viilager yellow back panel? You see so many different colours on Mango livery, yet the odd one still stands out.
There are also supposed to be stops (according to the Link 2 timetable) on Knightsbridge at Hanover Square and on Brackensdale Avenue at Greenland Avenue which I couldn’t see as I walked towards Kingsway.
The relevant Councils have committed to putting the bus stop posts in by the end of March. The next thing we know, the same Councils will moan about lack of buses.I walked down Brackensdale Avenue and Knightsbridg in Mackworth today and could find no evidence of the Link 2 (Notts & Derby Royal Hospital - Mackworth circular service) stops at Greenland Avenue or Hanover Square. How long does it take to put up new bus stop signs?
Until a few years ago, they would put a stop flag on the post for a street light if there was one in the right place but that doesn't seem to happen anymore in DerbyThe relevant Councils have committed to putting the bus stop posts in by the end of March. The new section of the swift route has new flags, some of those stops haven't been served for many years. It is a shame that some are situated on muddy grass verges.Until a few years ago, they would put a stop flag on the post for a street light if there was one in the right place but that doesn't seem to happen anymore in Derby
Well, seeing as Balfour Beatty now "own" the lampposts, and they charge for anything attached, that won't happen any more. And no, I jest not.Until a few years ago, they would put a stop flag on the post for a street light if there was one in the right place but that doesn't seem to happen anymore in Derby
Wonder how many disappeared with the start of that new housing development taking out the hedgerows? The new section of the swift route has new flags, some of those stops haven't been served for many years. It is a shame that some are situated on muddy grass verges.
Maybe one day, 73 will join it.74 has re-entered service today on red arrows
In the past few days they have been only really needing the one spareMaybe one day, 73 will join it.
It took a while to enter service since getting repainted?
Was a quick turn around, 73 has been waiting for ramp work since being repainted I believe in June/July time.It took a while to enter service since getting repainted?
Yes, 74 came back from painting circa 10th December 2024It took a while to enter service since getting repainted?
151 was the Enviro 200MMC where someone drove into the back of it, in LoughboroughIn the past few days they have been only really needing the one spare
As well Kinchbus 151 passed its MOT today
Yeah that's the one, was back at the depot the other day.151 was the Enviro 200MMC where someone drove into the back of it, in Loughborough
I saw 906 parked in Derby Bus Station yesterday..Yeah that's the one, was back at the depot the other day.
Might be part of the reason why 906 stayed a bit longer? Doesn't seem to have put many hours in this week, especially when k9 is down a volvo
Just checked again.. Citaro 906 should have worked the 08.35 from Derby to Leicester, but never left. When I saw it, it must have been waiting for recovery.I saw 906 parked in Derby Bus Station yesterday..
