If they're not travelling on National Rail fares throughout, no, just the same as the bus or starting your journey on the Underground.Given that the tram fare isn't included in the ticket price, would someone travelling on an Advance ticket who got to Beckenham Junction late due to issues with the trams be covered to catch a subsequent train?

Do such Advance fares exist? Not on the OP's flow anyway.Even if they were travelling on an itinerary that showed the tram, as suggested in the OP in this thread? That seems harsh.
If there is no link between the contracts then that is the nature of having different contracts with different parties. Whereas if you start your journey on National Rail tickets then the NRCoT apply throughout, protecting you in the case of previous delays.Even if they were travelling on an itinerary that showed the tram, as suggested in the OP in this thread? That seems harsh.
Can you provide details of a ticket and itinerary as an example for us to use?Even if they were travelling on an itinerary that showed the tram, as suggested in the OP in this thread? That seems harsh.
