What is this near miss level crossing location...?

I'm pretty sure that's on the Heart of Wales line. A very long time ago now (that's an advertising livery used by Wessex Trains).

It was on the heart of wales. They played it on my induction week when I first started and the trainer spoke about how the driver acted as he knew him. Long time ago that now so that’s all the details I can remember sorry.
