What looks like an Old rail bridge accross A487

Does anyone know which rail line used this bridge near where the Ffestinigog railway crosses the A487 near Minffordd?

I can't seem to find any railways that used this bridge on any historical maps but the bridge looks like a disused rail bridge.

Did they just use a second hand bridge when they built the Portmadog Bypass?

Looks like a bridge to allow access across farm land divided by that bypass.

Apparently when the bypass was constructed it was provided for the use of bats:
