Apparently GWR Night Riviera stock is being conveyed between Penzance and Laira by road for maintenance by the well known "train truckers".

Looking at the location one presumed the driver took a wrong turning and tried to cross the A30 over bridge at the A30 / B3260 junction west of Okehampton to regain the A30 west bound.

A train carriage on a lorry got stuck on a slip road on Devon's A30. Pictures and video show the Great Western Railway carriage stuck on the slip road at Okehampton.

One person who witnessed it told DevonLive: "Okehampton A30 slip road's gonna be blocked off for a while."
